FAQ
Before you book.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Cuts and blowouts usually open within a few days. Color is best booked a week out. Bridal and extension consults, two to three weeks. Walk-ins for blowouts are welcome whenever a chair is free.
Do you do consults without booking a service?
Yes. A 20-minute consult is free and carries no obligation. Most people book right after, but there's no pressure to.
What if I don't love it?
Tell us within seven days and we'll adjust it at no charge. That's the point of the written consult: we both know what we agreed to.
Can I bring inspiration photos?
Please do. Once we text you to confirm, reply with photos and your stylist will review them before you arrive.
Is there parking?
Two hours free in the lot behind Orchard Row, and street parking after 6 pm.
